Grilled corn on the cob with truffle oil & truffle salt
Time: 10 minutes
2-4 fresh corncobs
2 tbsp truffle oil
1-2 tbsp truffle salt
2 tbsp butter
Keep the husk on the corncobs and grill them for 10 minutes over high heat.
Unpack them, add butter and a pinch of salt. Finish with a drizzle of oil.
