Mint marshmallows dipped in dark chocolate

Serves: 4 people
Time: 40 min

- 200 g of dark chocolate
- 1 bag of Nicolas Vahé Marshmallows / mint
- 1 handful of dried rose leaves or cornflowers

Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a water bath.

Dip the marshmallows one at a time into the melted chocolate and place them on a dish lined with baking paper.

Top with dried rose leaves or cornflowers. Let them dry and serve.
